Terms of postage

Goods are normally dispatched within 3 – 4 working days from receipt of the order. If, however, the product is not available or is out of stock, the goods will be delivered as soon as possible thereafter.

In the event of any delivery delay, the customer will be informed by e-mail, traditional mail or fax.

The delivery costs are added to the final balance, at the end of the order process. The goods are sent by priority mail. As a result, delivery costs can change according to the weight and the size of the package.

If an article is no longer available in our stock and we do not plan to reprint the mentioned article, the customer will be informed by e-mail, traditional mail or fax. If a payment was made by credit card a refund will be made for the out of stock article and the article will be automatically deleted from your order.

The customer takes responsibility for the risks linked to the transportation and delivery of the goods. The risk transfers to the customer as soon as the goods are dispatched from the CIES.

Terms of cancellation

The order can be cancelled only if shipment has not already been made.

Terms of trade and delivery mistakes

Exchanges are not possible for copyright reasons, except due to a delivery mistake. Complaints

It is the responsibility of the customer to check the state and condition of the articles upon receipt of delivery. In the event of receipt of defect goods the customer must contact the CIES bookstore within 5 working days from receipt of the delivery by traditional mail (the post stamp being the proof), otherwise the goods are considered as accepted.
